"It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. "

The staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are huge!!!! I was able to use the business center. So glad I found a place where I can stay when I visit family. "
