"I had an awful time with the mattress in my room. As a registered disabled person, getting the mattress right is so important. Thankfully Leah’s support and assistance from reception was first class and the issue was resolved in minutes. She is a real credit to the team and the hotel!"

"Our room itself was clean and quite adequate. Not very quiet though, music carried thru the pipes and arguments in the hallways were very audible. The carpet in some of the hallways needed cleaning. The key cards never worked more than once and had to be replaced about every time we left the room. The layout of the hotel was also strange with a lot of switch backs through corridors to reach the lobby."

"Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we could only get luke warm water in the bathroom. First day only one coffee machine was working so quite a long queue. The other machine was fixed the next day.."
