"Our stay was very disappointing. There was dirt and dust on the exposed pipes and windows. The paint was chipped all over. The heater wouldn’t turn off in our room, the thermostat was missing its buttons, and the temperature was 80 degrees. We had to open the windows to let cold air in then continued to not be able to sleep because the road noise/sirens/birds were so loud. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. Will not stay here again and do not recommend. "

"There was no hot tub, indoor pool was cold, very cold, breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten in a long time. Also the breakfast supposed to be till 10 but by 9:45 everything was removed. Way understaffed "

"The only flaw was that it was a lot of birthday parties with a bunch of kids. But other than that my stay was great"

"Checking in was slow, rooms are old but clean and confortable. Only 2 elevators working so it was very slow going up and down. Breakfast and night drinks were great. Very small and cold pool and crowded."

" The head cleaning lady consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and kindness. The head lady who serves breakfast is also highly commendable. My decision to continue staying is primarily due to my enjoyment of interacting with them and the comfort I derive from seeing familiar faces. "
