Incredible people, service, and rooms!!! The bathrooms are 5 star at a 3-4 star price!!! Troy has some amazing restaurants we went to like Seasons 52, Cooper Hawk, Yardhouse, etc... Believe it or not, the best food we had was at our hotel!!!! AMAZING BURGERS, GRILLED CHICKEN CHEESE, AND CHIPS!!! We will be back!!!

Room was recently renovated. Very nice! Everything was new and clean. Staff was courteous and efficient. Right off the highway and easy to get to. NOTE - hotel name is HOTEL INDIGO, not Troy Inn! Took us a drive around the parking lot and then had to go in to ask at front desk! It is going to be really nice when all of the rooms are completed.

There were no shelves in the shower. The shower door didnโ€™t fully close. Too many patterns in the hallway and on the walls. It was sensory overload and the pattern on the carpet was disorienting. Thereโ€™s no microwave in the room but you can buy microwave food in the lobbyโ€™s pantry. The beds were true queen size. The towels were large. Alexis and Nicole were the staff I talk to. The location was good. It did not smell like pot. But I will never stay here again.

This property is undergoing renovations. It is poorly designed and constructed. No signage anywhere. The staff has only been there a few weeks. I should not be open until itโ€™s finished. The hallways were very cold. Staff sent me down a construction elevator that only went down and dump me in the middle of a construction area.

The property is under construction so there weren't many amenities yet, but the new room we stayed in was very nice and the work they have done looks good as well. Not a lot of guests yet, because of the construction. We stayed for two nights and had a very quiet and pleasant stay.
