"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was freezing and no window in room!!! Very strange little room. There was a window which couldn’t open into the inside corridor! "

"Its a nice hotel and one of the best deals for families, one of the best breakfast options I have seen (though it's paid for adults), it's a bargain at only 12£ and let's kids eat free with a paying adult."

"Beautiful cottage in a fantastic, friendly village. It had everything we needed and was located close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Good local walks and a really nice pub over the road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area."

"Comfortable and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Just a good all round hotel and I always feel safe staying there alone or with my family. Close to Strood station and only a short walk to Rochester. Will always choose to use this hotel when visiting Medway. "

"The owner phoned not long after we checked in to make sure we had got into the property okay and to see if we had any queries. I appreciated the contact and he had also left fruit, as well as bottled water, spreads and cheese in the fridge. The apartment is comfortable with a great bathroom and good kitchen facilities. It is just over a twenty minute walk to Rochester high street.
Although it states it is a two bedroom apartment the second bedroom is not available to anyone renting the apartment which doesn’t detract from it being a very good place to stay whilst exploring the area. "
