"Old dated rooms. Lights didn’t work in the room. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. "

"The room was actually nice and I basically was passing through, so didn't really care. Walked around and wasted time in the casino. If you smoke, you will enjoy the smell of smoke throughout the building and especially the casino. The workout area looked like someone set up a gym in their basement. There were some interesting movie props to see and the staff were all very nice. I will say the southern sides i had were awesome. My personal favorites were the collard greens and frid okra."

"Comfortable beds"

"Doors slamming all hours of the night and then the housekeeping staff doing the same thing very early in the morning made it an awful stay. I do not recommend going here unless your only goal is to gamble."

"I hate to write something like this but it starts off the first day heater didn’t work we’re freezing and we complain and they came up and said all they had to change something because of the unexpected cold weather I changed it in half hour later no warm air coming out so that move this to another room which was warm and it worked but it’s always a hassle to have to pack unpack pack and go to another room so that was the first day and then the second day we went out and came back in the room hadn’t been made at all so we ask about that and they said oh did you request room service room cleaning services said no we’re staying at a Hilton hotel we kind of thought we would get a clean room and she said well no it’s every two days and we’re only staying two nights so that means they don’t clean it at all but I did bring us some towels which is nice. Then the caulking on the bathtub was not really there in a lot of instance I don’t know if they were using some clear some not clear but it looked kind of dreadful for a Hilton and I told him about that and they said well that fix it right away and we came back ahead and fixed it and said well we don’t fix those things while we have a guest so there’s that however the staff was very very pleasant they were very courteous and helpful as they could be so it was just disappointing aspects coming out with everything"

"I learned something about brand loyalty on this trip. I see Drury and just book it without research. That won't happen anymore. Loud. So loud. We did not sleep. Our room's window was street facing and we heard every car. However, those sounds were muffled when our air conditioning made several screams for maintenance every 10 minutes or so just as you though sweet sleep was near. Thought you might enjoy the free happy hour or breakfast? Hope you like Disney crowds and wait times."
