Nice new hotel with fantastic suites & very friendly staff

Staff was amazing

5 star room 5 star staff 5 star hotel very friendly very helpful made me and the wife feel at home

Check in was standard. We got a room with door that had a knack to closing it but were not told about it so the door remained permanently unlocked. After complaining we were told the knack. It can be fixed in 2 minutes if they want! This info should, at least, be given at check in.

I’ve stayed here a good few times and I’m never disappointed. It’s a great hotel, GREAT staff, it’s close to the airport, downtown, and Graceland. I guarantee you will never be disappointed if you stay here. I hope to see you all again very soon. Much love to you all from Daniel ♥️

Stayed here while visiting Gracelands in June. Had a little trouble finding hotel but once there staff were polite and quick at check in. Room was good size, very clean with lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with enough choices, our son loved being able to make his own waffles. . Excellent hotel for stop off, would stay again

Everything you need, but the staff are a little unfriendly. A smile here and there would be nice.

Was in the area forElvis week 2016. Comfortable stay in this hotel, very comfortable hotel, clean and nice room, everything pleasant. Location great: easy access to Memphis by I-55 and Us 51, as well as south direction.Afternoon snack lovely. Only small downsides the noise from Goodman Rd also during nights, and the internet connection cutting off often. But overall great stay! Will definitely stay again next year when in the area.

Great location and felt safe. Really close to shopping and dining options. Rooms okay they feel a little dated compared to other hotels under the brand. I would have no problem staying here again.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the room was great and the facilities within even better. Good location for visiting Graceland.

This is a good hotel to stay in and we would recommend it. Clean, comfortable, great King beds! Around 15 mins drive to/from Memphis airport. We booked this hotel as it stated it had an airport shuttle, however, it did not state it was only available Monday to Friday. This would be the only negative of our stay. We’d also recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse which was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Excellent food and highly recommended.
