"The room was very clean and the staff is very helpful. This hotel was very quaint with several houses with hotel rooms in the houses.I was surprise there was no TV in the room which was OK since I do not watch too much TV. This was my first visit to Lake Placid. It was about a 2 mile walk uphill to the shops and restaurants of Lake Placid. It rained the entire time, but it was still a very nice area."

"Good room for us. We did a bike ride up Whiteface, came to the room to shower and sleep. Next day hiked Mt. Marcy and repeated the shower and sleep. The room was perfect for our needs. The breakfast bag was a nice extra."

"My daughter was running in the Lake Placid Marathon and we decided to stay a little out of town. We were very happy to have found this lovely little gem next to the golf course. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The decor was Adirondack chic with queen bunk beds and kitchenette area. We will stay here again and for a longer period of time!"
