Room is good, but smell issue
The smell in elevator was so bad, I guess they had a problem with sewer pipes, so the smell was sooooooo bad for the whole 4 days.

Liked: Room comfort
A bit disappointed that the room was pretty dull in decoration, no carpet, the TV was placed in an odd place from the bed orientation.
Toilet shower didnt have any covers so after my shower water was covering all the toilet.
For some reason only 1 elevator was working and servicing 20 floors.
We could not sleep because of the light and the noise
Windows have no curtains

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
I don’t know what people assess when they stay in this hotel, but it’s definitely not worth the money or the stars. The staff is completely incompetent , the building is a 2 stars willing to be a cool 4 stars rating: elevator are slow, curtains are useless, and restaurant workers just are not capable of taking orders. Window shades are useless, making it impossible to sleep after 6am. Terrible experience. It’s not a good hotel for the price
The hotel was disappointing. Despite being a relatively new building the quality is poor. The pool was green, doesn't seem that anyone cleaned it in the last months. The gym was also very poor. There was no buffet for breakfast as the pictures show. Definitely not the value for the price. Hotels.com should control the actual sitiation of the hotels being offered.
