The hotel is well maintained even being very old , rooms and restaurants are very spacious. Only the negative is that surrounded area has not having any good restaurants except KFC

Big rooms
The hotel was fine. Rooms were huge and the beds were super comfortable. Not the nicest area of Riyadh, but everywhere is safe in Saudi. It was quite cheap but service wasn't great. Trying to get my company address on the invoice was too challenging.
The hotel is really dated, with lifts not working properly and the room showing its age. For instance there were no power outlets next to the bed but instead on the other side of the room. But the rooms themselves were comfortable and the wifi worked well. Staff were friendly enough, but the place looked a little bit understaffed.
It is an older Hotel, with Friendly staff. I requested an Airport pick-up and drop-off as well as late check-out. The Hotel is good there are no other amenities nearby to go out in the evenings. Very good for business trips
The hotel is good, rooms good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower needs more pressure.
The area is very bad, there is nothing todo outside of the hotel (but its Saudi so should expect that). Its not a good location. Unless you have business near, which i did

It was one night, but as a first look, it's great hotel with comfort rooms and clean. I can recommend it for friends

Unprofessional service
Reception does not answer the calls after 10 pm. Very unprofessional staff. AC was down in my room and they NEVER repaired it. I want a full refund for my stay or free nights.
