"Elliut was an excellent concierge from beginning to end. Going above and beyond to make our dad's birthday special with decorations. He was so patient and our big group tried to decide about dinner reservations and help to make our requests happen. our room was kept very clean and all staff were kind and helpful. Food was delicious and so many options?"

"This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"
