"This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"Great hotel has everything you need. High end restaurants but you don’t have to worry about the bill. I enjoyed all restaurants. Great atmosphere, family oriented. My concierge was Eliutt he was great. He made our stay very enjoyable and we were very happy. We were treated with kindness. I have visited different all inclusive hotels some a little more expensive and others less expensive but this one is the best of all. The concierge’s supervisor was very beginning. They even let you enjoy installations before they have your room ready and you can also check out late, enjoying all the amenities and your luggage can stay in the lobby. I recommend the family selection you won’t regret. "
