"Don’t get me wrong. Everything was great love the size of the room. Everything was clean in the room and as well as outside. Wonderful breakfast items. The two issues I have is I had to wait over an hour. And I got there shortly after check-in time started. I was told no rooms were ready. So I waited in the lobby. Five people came in after me and they got rooms. What heard is because they paid at the hotel app and not through this app, what I’m understanding. That wasn’t main issue. I was in no rush. I needed to get away from my mess. I was willing to wait. But the other issue I had. The main one that I struggle all three days. Was Internet service on their TV as well as my computer and phone. It kept on freezing. Wouldn’t let me open nothing. Even one device at a time even their TV. Get on their TV to work news or advertisement buying shows."
