This hotel is a gem in the middle of downtown, Riverside, Ca. It is one block away from the Fox Performing Center. There are plenty of restaurants around the area for different budgets. The staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are incredibly clean, with dusted shutters instead of curtains!! Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Breakfast is good enough to start the day. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

The outside of the property looks a little old and dated but the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Liked the staff, fridge, coffee maker, location, walking distance to good restaurants and downtown. I've used this hotel every year for a reason. Fair pricing. Only things negative/ no microwave, traffic on University, will encounter homeless. But I have always felt safe.

This former Motel 6 has been completely refreshed. Bed was so comfortable! Great mattress, pillows and Duvall. Family host was engaging and helpful beyond the motel itself. Got needed help with my phone. I will come back here.

I've stayed here several times for affordable place that has a pool but they still say that you can't get in it because of covid lol but otherwise the beds are comfortable the sheets are nice and clean and they're just a simple room nearby the convention walking distance and Tito's tacos across the street.
