"Rooms were okay but seeing kind of worn out especially the bathroom in the shower glass doors were poorly fitted"

"everything was great they even helped make sure we kept her room since it was paid for ahead of time when we had issues with the rental car and how late the flight was getting in. the staff was amazing in the way they helped us through everything and getting supplies for the room. the first room had trouble with the toilet and they fixed it very quickly and had no problem switching us to a different room. I want to thank them because it was really hard losing my mother and when things got crazy they were there to help! They treated you like family! we will definitely stay there again and recommend them."

"Great location, convenient to shopping, dinning and attractions. I had an issue with my room thermostat reading 80 while set on 69. I called the front desk and told the tech had gone for the day. When I asked if I could change rooms, I was informed that they were completely sold out. I asked about a refund and was told because I booked 3rd party they couldn't assist me. I stayed in a hot room all night. The front desk person didn't care about resolving my issue, wasn't empathetic and showed little care."
