The best part about this hotel is the bar and the food. Being able to have access till 1am was great since I was getting in town pretty late. The receptionist answered all my questions each time I called and everyone was very straightforward. I also loved how hot the showers were. It was amazing. I didn’t try the pool or the gym but the overall lobby is so nice.

This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, that drybar shampoo, condition and body wash was FIRE, the bed was super comfy, the water pressure was amazing and the room was spacious! Staff was super nice as well!

The customer service at the hotel is top tier. Every encounter I had with staff was phenomenal. However, the rooms seem a little dated. The televisions on the wall are outdated. Mine did not work at first but a tech came and fixed it. The shower seal was missing so the water created a puddle on the floor. The ironing board is small and the iron leaked all over the floor and my clothes.

Had to change rooms because of noise next door. The front desk staff was great but the first room looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry and the drain was clogged just when I washed my hands. On the day of check in, the front desk was a little sour and short with me. Perhaps she wasn’t happy working Thanksgiving. But all other staff members that I encountered after that were wonderful. Environment was super quiet and the beds were heavenly after a long drive. The hot shower felt great on the cold days.
