9/10 Wonderful! (4,106 reviews)
The room had green lights that you could not turn off which made it almost impossible to sleep they were so bright. We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel itself is ok but if you want a nights sleep..not ideal

"I wasn’t sure what to expect of this stay as I have never stayed at a pod hotel before but I was really impressed by this place. 8.4/10 Very good! (10,804 reviews)
"While I can rate many aspects of this hotel as excellent, you can’t get passed being woken up every morning by work being done (probably upgrading rooms) above us. It spoiled what would have been a perfect stay I’m afraid, and while I accept improving the hotel is a positive change it really does ..."
