"We chose this accommodation for a city break. Nice modern apartment in a quiet location by the river. Approx. 20 min walk from the station, and 10-15 min walk to the main city area. Local amenities are all in easy reach. Good facilities in the apartment which was in excellent condition and clean. Communications from the team were excellent."

"We had a great family weekend made even more special by the fantastic apartment. Super easy check in details provided prior to arrival and everything you could need was there. We only ate breakfast in the apartment but could have easily made a family meal with all the equipment supplied. Comfortable beds to help get a good sleep after walking miles and miles visiting all the sites!! Would recommend to anyone. Thanks!"

They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. "Superb location. Very quiet and easily commutable to the centre of York. The bedding is confortable. Generous bathroom with all you need provided. Safe parking in the owner's drive. The only negative is in the kitchen. The microwave is on its last leg and therefore does not work very well. It requires a lot of pressing and turning of the controls (and patience) to make it work. One of the stove tops does not work. Hoopefully the older one does work. "
