"My family genuinely enjoyed this property during our stay in Gatlinburg. Its location made it easy to walk just about anywhere, and we even spotted three bears while we were there. We’ll absolutely be booking again."

"Where do I start? The rooms are newly renovated and awesome. Lots of room for the four in our group. Loves that the shower/tiolet area was seperate from sink. Clean. But the absolute BEST part of the stay was opening the back door to the balcony that overlooked the river. And then it started snowing! Having a warm breakfast each morning really hit the spot as well and saved us a lot of time. Excellent location. Wish we would of had time to enjoy the fire pit out on the deck and the pool is in a glass atrium right beside it and it felt WARM! There are a lot of things in walking distance but it was in the low 30s to 20s so we opted to park closer and it was $20 at every lot. We will be staying here again! "

"Love this hotel and location of it. The pool is great for kids. The one night we ate in our room because we didn’t know the restaurant closed at 10pm, the staff there was great. The one restaurant that was open late needed better attentiveness to people sitting there. Waited like 20 minutes without someone talking to us. "
