"Parking Was a challenge even in the areas where we were asked to park. Understanding that this is not a hotel issue but it still was challenging. The initial front desk guy who checked us in was not helpful at all and a bit of an attitude which set the tone of the stay. We were told we were VIP and will receive a bottle of wine. We even discussed the type of wine but no wine was given or offered when the room was ready. Additionally the fact there is no elevator and we were placed on the 4th floor it was a challenge to run out to grab water or something last minute. The rooms were just OK. The linens and pillows were subpar, felt very cheap and very used. I did upgrade to a terrace room but not worth it. Experience was just ok. Probably would stay elsewhere next time. "
