Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town. "
