Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Estadia perfeita ! Hotel maravilhoso, instalações novas e muito confortaveis. A área de lazer - especialmente as piscinas - excelente! O excelente atendimentos e cordialidade dos funcionários é marcante em todas as áreas - recepção, bares , café e limpeza. A academia do hotel é muito boa, completa e com ótimos equipamentos. Café da manhã é um dos pontos fortes, realmente fica cheio após as 09:30h, mas antes desse horário é muito tranquilo.

CAMAS DESCONFORTÁVEIS!

O hotel é bacana, não espetacular. Para mim, o imenso ponto fraco foram as camas. É absurdamente desconfortável. Inacreditável que eu não vejo esse tipo de reclamação ou eu sou muito azarado. AS CAMAS são muito ruins, mas muito! Fiquei em um quarto com dois quartos. A cama de casal com um colchão de péssima qualidade é extremamente pequeno, parecia mais uma cama de viúvo. No quarto da minha filha, de 9 anos, duas camas de solteiro que pareciam uma piada. Tanto que em uma noite ela caiu. Como podem manter camas desse tamanho??? Todas as noites foram mal dormidas e acordando cansado. Sou piloto de avião e portanto hospedagem é algo que tenho um pouco de vivência. Nunca vi tão ruim! Apesar de alguns problemas como filas, valet, por vezes a água do chuveiro não esquentou, nao voltaria por conta desse desconforto com as camas.

Estadia foi boa, café da manha magnífico e piscina muito boa, na verdade todas as dependências. Infelizmente acabamos ficando uma manhã inteira sem água e isso gerou um descontentamento. Agua demorava muito a esquentar no banho (cerca de 3 minutos), contato com a recepção era bem ruim pois estavam com problemas no telefon. Mas no demais tudo em perfeito estado.

Viagem de fim de semana com amigos em um dia de inverno. Como chegamos as 18h e eatavamos em um apto com 2 quartos ficamos alocado no bloco H. Somente blocos A e B ficam no predio principal. Este tipo de quarto tem poucas unidades então se voce nao chega cedo ou o atendente nao tem a paciência de realocar seu apto durante o check-in a chance de ficar longe e ter que percorrer uma longa distância entre o anexo e o prédio principal, é grande . No prédio principal onde ficam os restaurantes, piscinas, recepção, sala de jogos, hidromassagem, etc. A distância incomoda um pouco, mas o que mais incomoda e um hotel na serra gaucha que faz frio no inverno obrigar os hospedes e ate mesmo funcionários transitarem pela garagem fria (do lado de fora estava mais frio, vento e chuva). Voce sai do bloco de apartamentos a 28 graus e caminha uns 5 minutos no passo rapido a 12 graus e entra de novo no bloco principal a 28 graus. Esse entra e sai do calor pro frio me deixou resfriado , isso que passei o tempo inteiro no hotel durante a estadia. Acho que os administradores poderiam rever essa questão de climatização no deslocamento entre os blocos anexos. Nao recomendo hospedagem no inverno se voce não ficar nos blocos A e B.
