"Staff were very nice! When we arrived our room was dirty and offered us free breakfast and late checkout. They changed us to another room that apparently was clean, but wasn’t, hair was all over the bathroom sink and floor. My bed had makeup on, pillows and sheets wasn’t clean and also full of hair. ..."
