"Quarto limpo e equipe muito atenciosa. Não usei o ar-condicionado para opinar. A respeito do café da manhã, no último dia precisei sair mais cedo e a equipe liberou a minha entrada para tomar café da manhã 10 minutos antes. Uma ótima experiência, sobretudo pela gentileza de todos. Obrigado!"

"Staff were nice. The safe in our room wasn’t operational, so we called maintenance. They were on break and it took over an hour to come. This was time we wanted to be out enjoying vacation.
