The Saionara is close to two metro stations and the main bus station. There are eateries and a market very close by. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The shower is excellent. Breakfast is good with all the usual choices. For some reason I was not able to use the internet. I could log on but there was no service which made things a little difficult.

For me the room is clean, they serve nice and decent breakfast. However, there are some fruit flies so they better do some pest control. The previous reviews are true, their towel looks dirty. I think the management of this hotel does not listen or does not really take action on people's review. It is about time to change those towels and get a new one. Based on the hotel's name, the. owner is Japanese. Japanese are not known for being stingy. So throw away those towels and buy a new one

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem vai ao Maracanã, sendo possível chegar ao estádio em poucos minutos de Uber. O quarto estava limpo, a cama era confortável e o café da manhã foi satisfatório. O destaque fica para a equipe, que foi bastante atenciosa e se esforçou para liberar meu quarto o mais cedo possível após minha chegada pela manhã, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Ótimo custo-benefício para quem procura praticidade na região da Tijuca.

A estrutura do hotel deixa a desejar, corredores quentes, abertos pra rua(sem janela), pegamos 2 quartos triplos, os colchões não tinham padrão, os que eram mais duros eram até aceitaveis, mas em um dos quartos tinham dois colchões modo canoa, deitou afundou, travesseiros baixos já é padrão de hotel, nem da pra reclamar, roupas de cama bem ruins, o café da manhã foi a parte positiva, pois pro valor do hotel era muito bom. O senhor da recepção do check-in era preguiçoso, deu apenas um cartão de acesso ao quarto pra 3 pessoas e ainda não foi nada prestativo, pedi um extra e ele parece que não gostou, disse pra devolver na saída(obvio),ja a senhora da recepção do dia seguinte foi muito educada e prestativa.
