Atendimento péssimo, falta de respeito com cliente

gerência e atendentes sem a mínima capacitação para atendimento. Gerente mau educado, queria que eu pagasse por uma diária já paga no hotéis.com e já debitada no meu cartão de crédito. 1:40 na recepção para conseguir resolver e só resolvi através do Hoteis.com que aceitou reembolsar meu pagamento. Só fiquei porque estava muito cansada para procurar outro hotel.Gerente - Plácido.

Péssimo ! O hotel está em reforma e nada nos foi avisado . A água do chuveiro não esquenta . Tive que descer 04 vezes a recepção pra tentar resolver , e não consegui . No café da manhã só tinha pão , presunto e queijo . Eram 09:00 horas ! Ninguém repunha o que acabava . Muito ruim . Não recomendo!

hotel atende o necessário

Local ótimo, o acesso é bacana, só perde um pouco na reforma que está havendo. O ar do quarto apenas ventava e não suportava o calor. O local para o café da amanhã também era pequeno não suportando a quantidade de hospedes, porém os funcionários foram bem prestativos e ainda com esses desconfortos foi bacana a hospedagem, pois atendeu o necessário que precisávamos.

O hotel é simples, não há problemas quanto aos serviços de quarto, limpeza. A reserva foi feita acreditando que seria o quarto da foto disponível no site, mas era um quarto inferior. A cama era dura e a coberta de baixa qualidade. O hotel estava em reforma, por isso havia barulhos de construção. O café da manhã é muito simples. A localização é boa, pois havia bastante comércio por perto, bancos, pontos de ônibus e taxi, e a praia é próxima.

O hotel é bom. Tivemos um problema com o quarto da reserva q estava c cheiro muuuito forte de cigarro...insuportavel!! Falamos c o rapaz da recepção q prontamente nos reservou outro quarto bem melhor que o anterior em questao das acomodaçoes e c uma bela vista. Parabens ao funcionario pela prontidão e por prestar um serviço tao satisfatorio. Por esse motivo voltaria a me hospedar la.

O quarto é super simples, lembra muito mais um Motel do que um hotel na verdade. Na ocasião em que nos hospedamos, havia sido rescindido o contrato com a empresa responsável pelo abastecimento dos frigobares, logo os mesmos estavam vazios. Como não soubemos com antecedência, passamos a noite sem ter água pra beber. De forma geral, não achamos a relação custo x benefício interessante - a tarifa é alta para o serviço oferecido.

Poor accomodations were upgraded by manager

We were very unhappy with the accomodations and wanted to check-out after the first night. But the hotel made that very difficult and the manager offered us an upgrade instead, which we took. This is the accomodations we were expecting from the beginning, so although she said it was an upgrade, for us it was expected.

Ótima localização.

Os funcionários são super atenciosos, o hotel está precisando de melhorias e algumas mudanças... reformas, mas oferece conforto e tem uma ótima localização, peca apenas no espaço oferecido para o café da manhã, pois falta um pouco de estrutura, mas me hospedarei lá em outra oportunidade com certeza. Adorei muito.

Redelijk alternatief. Verwacht niet te veel...

Als je voor weinig geld toch op korte afstand in Rio will logeren in Bara (leuke buurt) is dit een alternatief. Verwacht er niet veel van maar het is (redelijk) schoon en de locatie is 8 min lopen vanaf het strand. Leuke wandeling want het ligt nét buiten een centraatje van Barra de Tuiijca. Kortom, als optie voor weinig (je bent tenslotte toch op het strand) is het oké.
