They should not have english on their website if no one speaks english. There was mold in the bathroom, very old mattresses on the bed. I complained about my safe did not work and the

Desde a chegada, o atendimento da recepção foi inadequado, marcado por postura desatenciosa e falta de cordialidade, demonstrando total ausência de preocupação com a experiência do hóspede.
O quarto entregue encontrava-se em condições insatisfatórias, apresentando forte odor desagradável. O banheiro estava visivelmente sujo e, ao utilizar o chuveiro, a água se espalha por todo o ambiente, alagando completamente o banheiro, o que demonstra falha estrutural e ausência de manutenção adequada.
Não há serviço de quarto diário. Ao solicitar limpeza, fui informado de que o serviço é realizado “dia sim, dia não”, mesmo diante do banheiro completamente molhado e da evidente necessidade de higienização. Tal prática compromete a salubridade e o mínimo padrão de hospedagem esperado.
Além disso:
• Os sabonetes disponibilizados são de qualidade extremamente inferior;
• As toalhas apresentam baixa qualidade;
• Não há suporte ou assistência eficiente ao cliente quando surgem problemas.
Ressalto que possuo registros em vídeo que comprovam as condições relatadas.
Diante do exposto, solicito providências imediatas e posicionamento formal acerca dos fatos narrados, bem como avaliação de reembolso ou compensação proporcional, considerando que os serviços prestados estão em desacordo com o padrão mínimo esperado e com a oferta realizada.

Apartamento adaptado para deficientes, espacoso, mas o ralo do box estava entupido e foi resolvido.no segundo dia. Os telefones, ambos, o de cabeceira e de seguranca no banheiro inoperantes. Cafe da manhã básico.
