Precisa urgente de manutenção

Ficamos no quarto 602 e ele necessita de manutenção urgente. Chegamos e a TV estava quase caindo do suporte; o batente da porta falta um pedaço, o que nos impediu de utilizar a fechadura adequadamente; tem formigueiro nos rodapés, que aliás estão podres; ar-condicionados barulhentos, impossível utilizar para dormir; geladeira imunda, tive que limpar pra poder usar; lençóis menores que o colchão; a fórmica que reveste o box está soltando, dá a impressão que vai sair algum bicho dali; os rejuntes/silicones de vedação do box estão em estado de calamidade de tanta sujeira impregnada; box com vazamento; toalhas de banho estavam cinzas, de tão encardidas; janelas de péssima qualidade, que não vedam o barulho da rua, impossível uma noite de sono decente, a rua tem muitos bares e tem barulho a noite inteira. Tirando os problemas acima, o hotel fica numa região ótima, bem servida de todo tipo de comércio e transporte, a uma quadra da praia. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados.

O quarto é muito espaçoso. Hotel muito bem localizado. Excelente custo/benefício. O que poderia melhor: a limpeza poderia ser diária, sem que tivesse que solicitar; poderiam deixar utensílios básicos na minicozinha, como talheres e pratos; o café da manhã é simples, mas adequado, acho que o queijo e o presunto poderiam ser cortados mais finos.

Localização muito boa, ao lado da estação Cardeal Arcoverde. Quarto grande (na verdade, é um apartamento com quarto, sala, cozinha, banheiro e área de serviço). Porém, os móveis estão bem danificados e precisam de reparos, assim como as portas e janelas. Café da manhã simples.
