Bom local para se hospedar dias de semana por curto período.A recepção fica fechada e só conheci a responsável rapidamente ,fiquei esperando pela mesma por um longo período.Não me informaram do que eu tinha direito na hospedagem sem serviço de informações.

de forma geral o hostel não agradou

Apesar de estar localizado em uma das áreas mais nobres de Niterói, a experiencia nesse hostel foi decepcionante. Pouca segurança e péssimo atendimento. No dia da chegada, sofremos um assalto em frente ao clubehostel São Francisco, entretanto, ressalto que antes de tal episodio tivemos dificuldades de localizar o numero do hostel, e ao fazer contato com a recepção, não sabiam sequer dar um ponto de referencia. No dia seguinte, para realizar o check-out, não havia ninguém na recepção, fazendo-se necessário bater no quarto onde possivelmente dormia o proprietário, que de maneira pouco convencional nos atendeu. Por fim solicitamos ao mesmo que ligasse para o táxi, mas curiosamente ele não possuía quaisquer contatos, obrigando-me a verificar em um celular pessoal (da minha nora, considerando que o meu foi levado no assalto) algum numero de telefone de táxi. Alem disso, cabe acrescentar que a minha nora, juntamente de meu filho, não estavam hospedados no hostel, porem logo pela manha, quando foram ao meu encontro, identificaram o portão do hostel aberto e sem qualquer funcionário no local.

PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO!

Foi pessima. Funcionários grosseiros, me deixaram esperando mais de 1hora ate liberarem o meu quarto que JA ESTAVA PAGO, mas devido à desorganizaçao do estabelecimento nao tinham o comprovante. Ao deixar minhas malas um pouco antes do horario do check in nao me permitiram nem usar i banheiro apenas para tomar banho, sendo que passaria o dia fora e o quarto ja estava vazio. Nunca mais volto!

A minha estadia foi ótima, os funcionários atenciosos, a Mariana, Marineide e o Wagner. Só os beliches que eram pequenos, tinham apenas 1,90m e como sou maior, tive que botar o colchão no chão para dormir.

Excelente localização

Hostel muito bem localizado, porém os quartos privativos principalmente o q fiquei, é muito precário, sem ventilação alguma e o banheiro com um cheiro proveniente de retorno de esgoto horrível. Equipe de funcionários ( Bruno e Celso) muito atenciosa, Sra Cristina me pareceu interessada em resolver os problemas mas sem sucesso. Espero q possam corrigir esses erros pois para mim o Hostel tem tudo para emplacar, porém requer medidas drásticas de intervenção dentre elas o isolamento desse quarto q fiquei. Uma boa saída seria transformá-lo em deposito ou até mesmo um anexo da lavanderia.

Poderia ser melhor!

Tivemos alguns problemas na chegada, os quartos não estava preparado para nossa chegada e tivemos que esperar para que ele fosse arrumados. Não existem chaves nas portas dos quartos, deixando os clientes sem privacidade. Chuveiro do quarto que é suíte superior e que na verdade fica nos fundos, não esquenta, somente frio. Ar condicionado não gela e há um ventilador para ajudar a tirar o calor do quarto. Toalhas de banho, tém que alugar por R$10.00 cada. Tém que levar tudo, inclusive sabonete e shampo.

Great place!

For the price, especially for the world cup, it was great. It is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Of course, it's only the basics, nothing luxurious and you share a dorm. Warm shower, clean bed, two big shared bathrooms, and there was no rush. But it's a great way to make friends, especially during major events like the world cup or Olympics. You can bring your kids and family and get a dorm for yourself. Niteroi itself is nice with good beaches. It is quieter and safer (than Rio). It is a bit far from Rio. But you can walk from the hostel mostly along the beach for 20 mins, and then catch a nice ferry to reach the city center (for R$ 5 or so), and then the metro. You can catch the ferry back, but I think the last ferry returns at 9 pm or so. If you stay on in Rio, you would need to catch a cab back. Cabs can be a bit expensive (around R$ 80 from Rio to Niteroi, during the world cup). If you don't know Portuguese (and Spanish), communication can be tedious. Bring your quick language guide.
