PĆ©ssimo atendimento aos hĆ³spedes

Reservei um quarto para 2 pessoas no hotel para duas noites, de sexta a domingo. Segundo o site, o check in pode acontecer entre 15 e 22h. Por volta das 14h, uma funcionĆ”ria mandou mensagem para confirmar nosso check in. Confirmamos e ela perguntou que horas irĆ­amos chegar. Dissemos que ainda nĆ£o sabĆ­amos, pois estĆ”vamos em um evento em outra cidade. Ela insistiu (muito), perguntando se seria depois das 17h e dissemos que sim. Queria que definĆ­ssemos um horĆ”rio, o que, no momento, nĆ£o era possĆ­vel. Ela entĆ£o disse para ligarmos quando chegĆ”ssemos, mesmo que dentro do horĆ”rio descrito no site. Achei inconveniente. No dia seguinte, saĆ­mos da pousada antes das 5h da manhĆ£ para o evento. Retornamos por volta das 13h para descansar, mas as funcionĆ”rias presentes ficaram numa conversa em som alto na Ć”rea da recepĆ§Ć£o, o que impossibilitou nosso descanso (o quarto ficava atrĆ”s do balcĆ£o da recepĆ§Ć£o- quarto nĆŗmero 1) Para piorar, pedimos a reposiĆ§Ć£o da toalha (as que usamos no dia anterior nĆ£o secaram por falta de ventilaĆ§Ć£o), mas a funcionĆ”ria (que sequer nos cumprimentou) disse que nĆ£o poderia, pois eles sĆ³ arrumam o quarto e trocam toalhas a cada dois dias (o que seria apĆ³s a nossa saĆ­da). O quarto que pegamos era pequeno, cheio de marcas de infiltraĆ§Ć£o e pintura descascando. A Ć”rea externa da pousada Ć© boa, mas o hotel Ć© muito mal gerido.

O estabelecimento nĆ£o possui recepĆ§Ć£o ou qualquer outra forma de auxĆ­lio no perĆ­odo noturno, logo caso o cliente tenha algum problema a noite nĆ£o terĆ” qualquer apoio para resolver. O ar-condicionado do quarto que ocupei parou de funcionar a noite e acabei passando uma noite extremamente desagradĆ”vel pois nem a alternativa de um ventilador era possĆ­vel. Fui deslocado para um quarto de qualidade inferior e nem um desconto me foi oferecido.
