Excellent hotel. Very clean and tidy.

Air con had been left on at 62F when we arrived late. Room terribly cold until we could warm it up, water all over floor from condensation

Lovely hotel , staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great

This hotel is very close to airport around 10min from Chattanooga airport, it’s modern in the reception area, the carpet in the room could do with a deep clean, and the window runners. Breakfast ends at 10.00 which was not enough time for me when on holiday. There is no lift so means lifting your luggage up stairs. So my overall rating is 4 stars good but needs more improvements. No room safe, so you have to take all your valuable with you every day.

All good thank you.
