"The property was easy to find and was across the road from a metro station with good links to the city and other locations. On site parking was safe and well lit. The place had the look and feel of a Premier Inn, even to the colour scheme. My room, no9 was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only negative was that the floor of the room above creaked loudly every time the occupant moved around. I'd definitely stay there again but in a different room. "

"The hotel was disgustingly. It stank of cigarettes. Chose it as conveniently close to Anfield for a match we were attending. The room was filthy. Dust everywhere No bin. No tea or coffee facilities as advertised. Not even a bin in the room. Tv didn’t work. Only 1 towel for 2 of us. Bathroom dusty and shower was filthy. Toilet cistern dripped all night. Couldn’t wait to leave. Please avoid."

"Clean property and very close to Anfield stadium. Excellent clear communication from owner prior to trip. Unfortunately the sofa bed was dreadfully uncomfortable with hard parts of the underneath sticking through causing a poor nights sleep. Even though there were only 3 of us I should have asked if we could have had the extra sofa bed made up so 2 males didn’t need to sleep in double together - I should have realised."

"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. We have seen recent reviews of the Liverpool property it sounded scary, we weren't going to travel miles and extra trabel cost to what could have been a dump. It was also inconvenient to why we were in Liverpool, and would have added hours to our journey. Beware "

"I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund"
