"All was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of things to offer as amusement and some good restaurants outside. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The only problem is the little rooms and the tiny bathroom. Not comfortable. "

"The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly."

The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."
