It’s unbearable from wall vibrations, drunken screaming from under the windows ! Forget about quiet resting and sleeping until 3 AM at least ! "The hotel was in the best place in Jurmala, only 300 metres from the beach and 200 m from the walking street. The front yard of the hotel was comfortable and it was nice to have a dinner there and the same time watch people walking by. The breakfast was little bit pour."
