The staff was very friendly, after returning from a gruelling day visiting museums and churches, it is a joy to walk into smiling people. The room we were in was very spacious, as was the bathroom. "This is an amazing hotel! I've stayed at other properties over the years and this one by far is the best!! It's in the perfect location to see everything. The rooms are very nice. Their cleaning staff are wonderful. Everyone is so cheerful and helpful at the concierge desk. Breakfast is fantastic!! And the happy hour is over the top!! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel my next trip to Firenze!!!"
