"Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty when we got inside. Our Queen suite with two Queen beds, a huge bathrooom complete with a luxurious tub, separate huge closet and working area with desk and chair was beyond our expectations. Historic elegance meets modern comforts. You can’t go wrong staying at the Jefferson if you would like to be spoiled and pampered."

"The room was spotless. None of the usual peeling wallpaper or icky tubs. The room was also very quiet. The staff was friendly and fun from the overnight front desk, to everyone keeping the food replenished. We stopped the Manager and made sure to thank her too."
