Please note, this is a very old building and doesn’t have all the mod cons of a modern property. Bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. There is tea and coffee in the room and you may request additional items if you need them. Beer garden is amazing with lovely views. There are TVs to watch sport. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are stairs up to the rooms. My sister and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. 😀"

"Parking enough for 12 spaces only. Parking a premium in the area. Breakfast was of decent standard. The room was quite large and the double bed was comfortable. Ran out of coke and lemonade at the bar. "

"It’s so hard to find the quintessential English pub these days but the shoulder of mutton hits the spot. The food was home cooked and great, not prepackaged Pub was clean, no damp or mould The view from the beer garden was amazing overlooking the valley The room was Pub basic but clean and not mouldy. Price point was spot on Publican and chef fantastic Highly recommend"
