Our room did not have a hair dryer but the staff was very responsive to get us one. I was surprised we were in a Disability access room. It took forever for the water to warm up in the shower. Loved having the full size refrig and freezer!

Our key did not work with 3 trips from lobby to 4th floor. A very kind front desk worker came with us on the 3rd attempt to see what was wrong. The Jefferson Hotel
Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were in Richmond for a meetup with a bunch of college buddies and spouses. Totally blown away as soon as we drove up to hotel. And even more impressed after we entered. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Fabulous shower. Highly recommended.

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
I always love this property when visiting my daughter, but when the regulars are not working their relief folks are not as accommodating as the reg staff. Other than that, i had a great time!!
