"When my wife and myself travel to Charlotte, North Carolina area we always stay at a Hilton brand hotel. This was the first time we ever stayed at the Marriott brand hotel, and we were quite pleased enough to say we are looking forward to our next stay."

"We've stayed here before with no issues but this time were given room 319 and the heat/ac wasn't working right loud and would not cool the room constantly on and off all night . Beds are in need of replacing getting pretty worn out way to soft and sagging"

"Not the best experience. Initially first 2 keys would not open room and had to change to another room. Bathtub dripped uncontrollably all night , toilet would not flush properly and the tv didn’t work for our entire stay. The free breakfast left much to be desired. Won’t go back."

"Room was fine, lots of hairs on bed sheets though. The mini fridge did not work. All the towels they provided were stained. The shower drain is slow and water puddles on shower floor. The breakfast is never fully stocked and options are minimal. I cannot recommend this hotel. It seems to be a super 8 renamed to Baymont. Room doors are external. The Motel 6 and Quality Inn hotels across the street have doors on the inside."
