"The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. "

"The night shift lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! She definitely deserves a raise! Best costumer serve I've ever had. The pool looked not clean. The hot tub had caution tape around it and wasn't in use. I was scared the elevator would stop working everytime I got in it. The condition of the building was rough. The room was clean no bugs. Smelled good. Gym was good. Ice machine good. The coffee the next morning was fantastic. Best hotel coffee I'd ever had. Breakfast was soo good. I was so glad to see sausage egg biscuits instead of just oatmeal and cereal. I do wish they had creamer though but it's okay. "
