The town is near the southeastern corner of Lake Bohinj in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. Arrive at Jože Pučnik Ljubljana Airport and drive northwest for 40 miles (60 kilometers) to get to the settlement, which is near the borders with Italy and Austria.
