"We would like to thank Michelle from guest relations for always being helpful and arranging a cake and wine for our anniversary she is a lovely lady. Also Nana in brunch she recognised us from 2 years ago she is another lovely lady we will miss her hugs and chats. We would also like to thank Vengellis at the beach bar a lovely young man always cheerful and remembered what we had to drink. All of the staff are lovely here. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Very clean and friendly place to go. We was a little disappointed with the food this time. They have a very good choice of food but it could be a bit hotter."

"Rooms a little dated but liked the Greek feel to the room. Hotel very clean. Staff cannot do enough for you. Very close to the beach and has three pool areas to choose from.loved the Greek, Pitta and Burger restaurants. Also loved the ice cream restaurnt, lots of variety and food options to choose from. Asian restaurant good but the Italian Restaurant not so many options menu should be revised Buffet food hall/restaurant good lots of options to choose from for Breakfast. Although no Tuna or prawns served which would have been nice. Also no blueberries. Hotel around 10-12 minutes walking distance to Harbour, Old Town and new town lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Would book Hotel again if affordable. "

"The hotel was stunning and all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food could have been a bit better as it was the same food every night. The caprice a la carte was amazing the food was excellent. The downfall of the hotel is the pools they are absolutely freezing. The weather was amazing but the pool water was just too cold. "

"Since it is the beginning of the off season, there was plenty of parking. The room was great, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any and all of our requests."

"Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "

"Helpful staff, loads of Sun loungers on the beach which was good. Very good range of choice for the breakfast. Tennis courts and crazy golf. Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road "
