"Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room had everything we needed, although the drain in our shower was pretty slow working so the bathroom floor would remain wet after using it. The staff was able to help arrange our taxi to the airport which we really appreciated! We also arrived early for check-in as we were driving in from a different location and they made sure our room was ready for us despite our early arrival. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the beach but there are restaurants and bars five minutes away. We had a lovely time thank you."

"My stay as a solo traveler got off to a rocky start, but the Rena's great customer service completely turned my experience around. I had originally booked a Superior Triple Room, but upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom was quite dirty. I initially noted this issue in a quick first-impression review. First thing the next morning, Rena at the front desk proactively approached me to discuss my feedback. She handled the situation with absolute professionalism, genuine care, and great urgency. She listened to my concerns and immediately arranged a room change to a spotless alternative room as requested, ensuring I was comfortable for the remainder of my stay. While a dirty room on arrival is never ideal, how a hotel responds to a problem makes all the difference. Rena’s swift, proactive response and dedicated hospitality turned what could have been a negative trip into a good one. Thank you Rena :)"

"The room was nice and clean, the location was close to everything- the beach, the Main Street where the restaurants and shops are, and the bus stop- if you are going to the airport of using the bus to go anywhere else, the staff were kind and the pool was not to busy. Cleaners come every day except Sunday - but be careful as they will knock on your door once and then open it with there key if there’s no answer - found it a bit weird- there should be door signs available for this to hang outside the door, the walls are thin you can hear everything, there is no kettle or teabag or coffee in the room, no bathroom amenities- bring your own, no water in the fridge- but a lite is €1.00, so make sure to buy. Break fast was the same every morning and cold. But will stay here again for the location."
