"This is a shabby and slightly run down hotel, that is probably only getting the rate that they're requesting because of the location to downtown Atlanta. The hotel was an 11 min walk to State Farm Arena that advertised free parking, which is why I booked this hotel. Upon checking out, I was charged 18 for parking validation. There was a far better hotel in the same area, for the same price but the charged 55 to park per night. Outside of that, my room had one window that faced a brick wall, my room had no microwave or refrigerator, and the thermostat didn't seem to lower the temperature in the run. The hotel room gave the feel of a hourly motel. Definitely not worth 150 for 1 night. Breakfast was grits, eggs, sausage patties, and French toast stick, with the usual yogurt, apples, cereal, juice, and waffle maker. I would not stay again until it was the last option."

"We had two rooms, 326, whose coffee maker and TV did not work, and we reported it to the reception, but they did nothing, and room 332, which had paint putty left in the bathroom and the room had a smell. The hotel parking is very expensive. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price."

"Room took over an hour to get ready after check in time. The staff was friendly but the whole check in process took over 2 hours. There was no online check, no virtual keys no notifications regarding room on the app it was a physical line you had to wait in and it took roughly 20+ minutes per guest to check in and only 1 staff member. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and had a very limited breakfast menu. Amenities for an Atlanta hotel were sub par. Took 1.5 hours to get car from vallet. Will never stay here again. "
