My husband and I had an amazing stay at this resort. What a fun experience! The property is beautiful with an amazing rooftop lounge. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Morning nespresso was also a treat. The rooms are very comfortable. They provided a wonderful breakfast each morning before our day’s adventures. The location is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to offer suggestions. Definitely recommend this property if you have the opportunity to visit beautiful Revelstoke!

Eleven Experience Lodge is a rare find, an intimate boutique property that delivers five-star luxury right in the heart of town. From the moment we pulled up, the service was effortless and personal. Our bags and bikes disappeared from the car and reappeared in our room as we were warmly welcomed inside. The rooms are modern yet cozy, with every detail designed for comfort. The rooftop lounge is a true highlight, an inviting perch to soak in Revelstoke’s mountain skyline, glass in hand. Dining at the Quartermaster is worth the trip on its own. Easily the best restaurant in the region, it’s more than a meal; it’s a memorable experience where creativity meets flavor in every dish. Superb boutique hotel. Ultra clean, cozy, and charming. Terrific amenities including happy hour and breakfast. The staff are all friendly and gracious, especially Kim who checked us in, showed us around, and served us happy hour charcuterie and wine. Dinner at Quartermaster Eatery was also excellent. Best night of lodging on our 10 day road trip!!

We did a 10 day road trip through Canada, staying over in several different places. This was by FAR our best lodging experience. Even better than the Fairmont at Lake Louise. The Eleven staff was incredible, the amenities amazing! We are already talking about returning as we wished we had more than one night to stay at the Eleven and in Revelstoke.

I look forward to my next stay at Eleven. It was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they offer numerous amenities (pool tables, rooftop hot tub, bikes, good books in the rooms, a white noise machine for sleeping, and more), and I loved the design and decor of the hotel. The chef-prepared breakfast to start the day was another bonus. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any inquiries. Complimentary in-room snacks and drinks were a pleasant surprise, as was a wonderful, complimentary daily apres snack and beverages on the rooftop each afternoon. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I will definitely be returning for a future stay. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough great things about this Hotel. The staff was amazing and made special accommodations so that we could watch the World Cup Final in the common (the rooms only have Apple TV). Cool renovation to an old brick building, nice use of materials from the individual rooms to the common areas, wonderful common roof deck where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and view of the town and mountains. And a fabulous free breakfast in the connected dining space to send you off on your way.

Amazing service, quality, value

I have definitely stayed in more expensive places, but I'm not sure that I have ever stayed somewhere that felt as luxurious and with such great personal service. When I checked in and realized that the mini-bar was included and there was a whole floor for lounging with drinks/snacks and an afternoon appetizer (charcuterie board when we stayed) included - I immediately checked my email to make sure I wasn't actually paying 3x the rate we had for a night in September. It's really nice that the hotel is only 9 rooms, and it has clearly been set up primarily as an intimate setting for heli-skiing in the winter and at least as of 9/2023 that high level of service and amenities carries over to less expensive stays at other times of the year. The staff was all really exceptionally nice and helpful, and the attached restaurant was surprisingly excellent with a delicious included breakfast.

The staff at hotel Eleven were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome and thorough check-in to the personalized recommendations provided by the concierge, the service was simply impeccable. We were so impressed with Elevens décor, amenities, daily complimentary appetizers, free wine, local craft beers and snack selections. From the exceptional restaurant and games room (for guests only) on the main floor to the lounge, cozy seating area with fire place, hot tub, sauna, deck on the third floor, every base was covered. Upon being shown our room, we were greeted with handwritten note form the owner welcoming us to Eleven. Our room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. The room amenities provided, especially the luxurious down bedding, pillow-top mattress which was complimented with a wool blanket from Nova Scotia. The bathroom was simply luxurious, clean and contemporary. We were also so impressed with the complimentary mini bar, snacks, (which were restocked daily), we were also given two free Eleven ball caps. Our stay at Eleven was lovely. The hotel is quaint with only 12 rooms. They are located conveniently downtown close to stores and restaurants. The spa amenities and included made-to-order breakfast made this a great overall value. Staff went above and beyond and were friendly, warm and accommodating to our needs. By far the best boutique hotel experience we’ve had not only in Revelstoke but in Canada.
