Good weather and good services by resort.staff is very cooperative and round the clock available.

Great place to stay with very helpful staff that can make your stay extra special.

Property is nicely managed. We enjoyed lot. Food is very delicious. Room service needs to improve. Premier Room size and bathroom size is small. Check out time should be 12.

Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default.

Good experience

Lighting in the room and the bathroom was dim and this was pointed out to the hotel manager, he agreed and also made arrangement with an electrician to change bulbs or install dimmer switches in the rooms. I also suggested that for safety reasons in the bath/shower room there should be a shower screen and handle to hold when coming out of the bath and also a bath mat to stand away from...

Great property ..highly recommended it.

I loved the staff and their service. It’s very safe and good for stay. Mostly, the interior part is nice. But, brake fast is bit expensive, that’s what I feel. Overall, it’s wonderful for stay

Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler.
