"Had a wonderful stay at Taj Resort, Alibaug. The property is serene and beautifully maintained, and the staff is extremely warm, courteous, and attentive, making the experience truly comfortable. The authentic Konkan cuisine was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway."

"There were serious issues with hygiene and cleanliness. Insufficient staff was over stretched and even not able to do their regular work due to frustration of lack of staff. "

"Overall, for a small town, this place was decent. The pool was nice, but care should be taken as small children can easily access it. They do have a place in the pool for small children. The food at the hotel was satisfying. The small playground was fun for the kids. While the resort is situated by the "lake," it is actually a pond. The staff were helpful and spoke sufficient English to allow for communication."

"From dirty swimming pool to broken bathroom door and from stinking reception area to damp rooms. Adding to these the toilet flush was broken. The worst of all was having no one at the reception at night and the power going off for 3-4 times and no one to activate the power backup. There were also stray dogs running in the reception area due to no one being their and gates and all open. It was a dangerous and terrible experience as if the property was on fire there would have been no one to take action having all the occupants dead. Terrible property. Never visit this."
