"I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. "I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. The bar has a rock and roll theme and a big selection of drinks and cocktails. The restaurant was closed due to Corona restrictions and you couldn't even get snacks at the bar. Should be solved starting next week though. The hotel and rooms were clean - nothing bad to say about that :)"
