Hotel péssimo, não recomendo

Infelizmente o hotel é péssimo. Desde o atendimento até a limpeza. Pontos positivos: boa localização para metrô e supermercado Líder da rede Wallmart. Translado de aeroporto ao hotel e hotel ao aeroporto impecável com motorista muito cordial. Cozinha e dois quartos, um casal e outro para solteiro com guarda roupa. Tem tv na sala e no quarto de casal com tv a cabo com vários canais fechados. Pontos negativos: longe de restaurantes, portaria não é bilíngue e muito mal educada. Se recusou a levar as malas, mostrar o quarto, mostrar como configura o cofre, mostrar como funciona os aparelhos a gás para aquecimento interno. Quarto em matéria geral bem antigo, lembra albergues do Brasil dos anos 90. Muito mofo e sugeira, por causa da antiguidade que se apresenta sem estar reformado. Encontrei até aranhas pelas dependências por falta de detetizacao. O café da manhã é fraco, eles deixam faltar comidas basicas. Na cozinha, falta alguns itens, como tampas de panela e alguns copos. Utensílios são bem importantes para cozinhar. Como a comida do Chile não me fez bem, tive que cozinhar, coisa que não faço em viagens de férias. O banheiro cheira mal constantemente e o chuveiro é manual, isso me renderam algum tempo a mais para tomar banho. Elevador funcionava, mas me criava desconfiança por ser muito antigo. Portaria não tem portão para pedestres, toda vez tinha que abrir o principal com a mão. Consideração final: não recomendo e não voltarei para esse hotel.

Super bien localisé , le métro juste à côté , plusieurs bons restaurants à 5 minutes de marche.....chambre très confortable et grande...... VRAIMENT EXCELLENT, seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner est très limité et répétitif surtout après 6 jours passé là

El cuarto principal y el baño son demasiado chicos, la puerta de la ducha es solo media puerta y se moja el piso, el hervidor de agua estaba malogrado, el reuter de internet no funcionó en ningún momento. Es un hotel viejo, pero limpio, céntrico pero en una zona no es muy segura.

Apt com dois quartos sem ar-condicionado . cozinha americana minima . O WI-FI só pegou no ultimo dia. O banheiro é muito pequeno e o box só tem meia porta e que faz vc encharcar o banheiro de qualquer maneira. Tem garagem.E é perto de duas estações de metrô.

Hotel com excelente localizaçao, bem central, perto de metro, supermercados e principais atraçoes turisticas. Apartamento de 2 quartos, sala cozinha completa, banheiro e sacada. Boa localização. Precisa melhorar infraestrutura.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Metrô, supermercado e restaurantes bem perto. O banheiro poderia ser melhor limpo e mais bem cuidado. As toalhas não eram trocadas com frequência. E a única lixeira disponível no apartamento era a do banheiro que , por sinal, era pequena. Um problema também é uma janela de vidro sem cortinas na entrada, onde o quarto em frente tinha total visibilidade de quem estava no banheiro, com a porta aberta. Um casal precisa de privacidade e de poder deixar a porta do banheiro aberta. O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. As coisas eram postas na mesa mas ninguém do Staff ficava observando. Insetos ficavam rondando podendo pousar/cair nos alimentos.

Grand appartement

Grand appartement très bien situé à côté du métro. 2 chambres un coin cuisine un coin salon un petit déjeuner complet... Seul défaut, la salle de bain est vraiment très petite.

Pésimo servicio, no cumplen con lo prometido

Reserve un apartamento con dos habitaciones, una con King size y otra habitación con dos camas individuales y resulta que lo ofrecido en la página no existe. Nos dieron dos habitaciones con camas individuales y una de ellas en el piso. El personal del edificio me rompió la tarjeta de crédito en el momento del check in pasándola por una máquina antigua. No volveré a este hotel a menos que sea la última opción en mi viaje.

Hotel num prédio antigo. Achei um pouco sujo e precisando de nova pintura e acabamento. Internet Wifi sempre caindo. Em frente ao hotel há o Parque Bustamante, e por ter ficado num final de semana, havia muito barulho. Café da manhã muito fraco, com poucas opções!!! Considero uma relação custo beneficio boa, pois o apartamento eh completo (apesar de tudo velho), com 2 quartos, sendo um com cama de casal e o outro de solteiro, sala com TV, som, ar condicionando, mesa de jantar; TV no quarto de casal, etc, tudo com preço na mesma faixa de outros hoteis.

The hotel staff was very accomadating with all our requests. The complimentary breakfast was very good. It was in walking distance of all the sights including restaurants. The staff made tour arrangements for us with a tour co. which provided an excellent guide.All in all a very comfortable stay.
