"Staff was very helpful. I had an issue with finding bugs in my room and the desk clerk came and checked the room. She immediately offered me a different room and notified maintenance for them to find where they came in."

"Breakfast menu was lukewarm, extremely over ripped bananas. No shower gel/body wash in container. Over price for pet staying $75 was extremely expensive."

"Hotel was under renovation so the air, & refrigerator in my room stop working. The main outlet in the room didn’t work also there was no microwave in there. The water from the sink was leaking around the faucet. The breakfast was ok, they could add alittle more options. And give out complimentary bags to check in guests."

"The hotel is worn out. Filthy. Smells bad. But at least it’s in a terrible location. The surrounding hotels had the charm of half way houses or men’s shelters. We immediately got a refund and went elsewhere. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Otherwise, run - don’t walk. My wife was convinced there was a prostitution ring operating there. "
